Unsubscribe from SP24092

I am having two different numbers from SAWA service it is oftenly observed that even the network is good for my both numbers the person besides me makes a call and receives the reply that the concerned number is not rechable. I would request you to please guide me as to what the technical problem is ? + I have already visited twice the customer service but when they check in their system they reply to me that there is no such problem please advise as to how I can rectify this problem

Deactivate sms

I am using my company's (ALKHAZINDAR CO. LTD.) mobile # 0503157261, account # 564444693. In my bill dated 6-7-1433, for srls. 524.54, i found srl. 289.70 additionally charged as ABWAB services.
I would request you to please immediately de-activate ABWAB services and refund the amount of srl.289.70 and confirm.

Dear STC,
I want to file a complaint against these numbers: 0509134350, 0534525804. One man called my friend introducing himself as STC mudir asked her name and iqama number and told her she won diamonds. He demanded for her to meet her at the nearest bank to take pictures for commercial and to receive the diamonds. But first buy Sr900 worth of STC card. The other number called to followup and introduced themselves as customer representatives. Please STC do something about this. We expats are working hard and away from home for our families. This needs to stop.

Dear Mr. STC,

i would like to bring to your attention regarding my Mobile Load because every week there's a 10 SAR deduction on my mobile load. My Mobile Number 0534474920 and i don't know what your system doing, it's the first time that i encounter such deduction and i feel upset to your Service and i feel its unfair.

Stc sim card barred

Please i need to know why i cannot make a call or send text messages. Please tell me why is this so.. The operator is saying ''sorry you are barred because you have no service''

I want to file a complain of scam against these numbers: 0531018263. The same way that one representative of STC called and says that the sim won a certain amount, the amount can be claim through Al Rajhi Bank but first we must buy Sr1500 worth of STC card. And another charges for bank to bank charges which is through STC card also. I'm one of the exapats that work hard even im away from my family.

To the management of STC please do something about this to catch those culprit inside your premises. I believed that the contact # above is good enough to catch them. This must be stop.

This mobile SIM phone #. 0509599780 was issued on 06 April 2020 for postpaid even I requested the STC agent in Jeddah to issue me prepaid SIM(SAWA) as this number was in the use of my father.The agent indicated "we cannot give the number on SAWA" but after three months he can change SIM to SAWA. for Prepaid.
However, after three months at frequestly physical visits/submitted request to change the SIM to SAWA, all time they said pay the bill then they wil entertain the request. The bills keep settling until Oct.2020, but SIM change request not comply with until today date 11 November 2020. we had paid the bills of disconnected line without using a sigle call. STC authority keep sending bill monthly and even line is closed. we paid more than 1000 Riyal without any service provided but only the closed SIM was in my mobile.
Kindly keep in mind the handling way of STC agents not listening.
