fake home warranty, don't trust!
I used their services to provide warranty for my home but it was a mistake! There were no services at al, they just took my money but when I was in trouble I found that this warranty is absolutely useless! Consumer, beware and better stay away from this scam!

Ripped me of
I decided to purchase a home warranty. I sent in the money, and was waiting for a call back. No one contacted me, so I decided to call them myself. Three days later I was able to speak to someone, and they told me that my claim has been denied, and they will return me my money. Six months passed and I still did not get a refund. I can not contact them either.

DO NOT SEARCH FOR HELP WITH THEM!
My pool needed to be fixed. I contacted this company and I was suppose to make an up front payment. I sent them $600.00, and filled out the form they asked, and I’ve been waiting for three weeks now, after they sent me a notice that they would contact me in a while to let me know when someone is coming to fix the pool. NOTHING. I can’t contact them by phone, it only rings, but no one picks up! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A FRAUD!

Fraud!
This company has a lot of other websites which they operate as well. I paid for a warranty and was suppose to receive the papers, but they never came. The first time I called the support, they told me that the papers were sent out. But later on they did not pick up the phone anymore. FRAUD!

Fraudulent Company
They take your money and you never will hear from them again. You can call, sometimes you get an answering service but, they don't call you back. You can write, good luck with that! Email? Not a chance! Here's a good one, I guess I bothered them enough one time they finally did send a contractor but, they didn't pay him so now he's sending me the bill! Where were all these reviews when I was doing my research? Just a bunch of phony reviews and fake positive reviews on "homewarrantyreview.com". If you're reading this, please don't think I just had bad luck and throw your good money at this bad company (if that's what you can call it). If you're reading this and you've already been ripped off, join me in filing your complaint with the Delaware Attorney General as well as you own state's AG. It's the only way I've seen that folks are able to get their money back. SWW still has mine but, I'm not giving up until they give it back.
