Child Support

This system has disgusted me too no end! I thought letting the state control the support pmts would be so much easier and controlling since I knew when my daughter turned 18 and she still had 1yr left of HS, my ex would seize my 1, 700 mth allotment and try to reduce it dwn too 1 child, but in our decree theres no such step dwn program, and also its well over 4yrs since divorce so time too modify both child support/alimony pmts before he retires from 20yrs of active duty! I started this in June 2011, submitted modification papers in July, and still no word!!Well Im guessing from what his last Commander said he is on retirement leave, NICE! I did call that lovely 1-800 customer BS #, the man mentioned my EX was the one with modification papers on me!YEP, and said it Two times!!I verified the date with him and said those were the papers I sent in, and he said no mam those were from my ex!! I went to the office that day, just too find out, of course, he was wrong!!Also when you call in to that 1-800 BS# they are some rude people, and they act like they are above you, and repeat themselves like you didnt hear them the 1st time, so I do it back! I also feel since this is a law that they are supposed to follow and they dont, that if you have a settlement that is agreed apon and signed off by the judge, say mine, total $2400 a mth, if my ex pays $50 a mth thats sufficient enough for the state, in the mean while, he's living it up in HI in his $700, 000 home w/ the wife he cheated on me with, yet his 1st family have no place too rent because the state wont enforce his wages, because he knows how too play the game! No If he's past due from the mth before say on the 15th, and its now the 2nd and another payday has kicked in, that means he's pastdue2wks 1200.00 and now owes another $1200.00, thats according to my decree, how hard is that?Thats all forgotten and basically the he who has the money wins again!!The man makes $78, 000yr or more no excuse! and I also asked since I knew there was some kind of law that if I can prove the consistancy of his history pmts over the years, and that hes just being spiteful, can they enforce it then? They said it wasnt with them!! Which again was BS!! I went in in June 2011 and signed a calander thing with total deposits into my bank and they had it notorized!!These people are amazing! So what gives??? I dont like calling I just go to the office and wait. The state would rather locate him again to where ever he relocated to, do to his retirement. He will try too claim less income now because of his retirement and thats what I was trying too prevent!! Unless they go back aways. The judge screwed me out of survivor benifits due to his perjury during a hearing. When does this system work for us??How hard is it too push child modification? why dont we have case workers??Why are the customers service Reps idiots and rude?Were not dumb, they just do not know how too talk, they need education!
