Frauds

The company, Startechtel.com, that purchased several phones from us called us back and said that some of the phones were faulty and wanted a replacement. We offered to pay for the shipment so that they would send us back the phones that did not work. They refused and asked if we would send them new phones and they would leave the old ones too. That seemed really strange to us so we refused. Now they are posting lies about us on websites like this.
Do not deal with them if you don't want your business to go down.
