ATTORNEY CHARGED UPFRONT FEE FOR MODIFICATION AND TOLD ME NOT TO PAY CHASE BANK ANY MORE PAYMENTS

In July, 2012 I hired STARR LAW GROUP to do a modification for me with CHASE BANK. I had to pay a UPFRONT in payments with my debit card for STARR to take the case for me. At that time, a STAFF MEMBER OF STARR LAW GROUP, told me not to make anymore payments to CHASE BANK until the modification was complete and all arrear payments would be added to the end of the mortgage. STARR LAW GROUP, did not complete the services paid to do with CHASE BANK, causing my home to be in foreclosure. I have contacted STARR LAW GROUP several times to refund my money / help me get my home out of foreclosure / or do the modification they were paid to do. STARR LAW GROUP has refused to do any of these I asked for. I think STARR LAW GROUP should have to refund the money I paid them upfront / pay me for punitive damages since (1) They charged me a upfront fee to do a modification that never was completed, (2) Told me not to make anymore payments to CHASE BANK, causing me to be 13 months behind on my mortgage, (3) Did not complete services paid to do, (4) Have caused my home to be in foreclosure, (5) I am 63 years old on total disability from having a brain tumor removed, (6) have caused a foreclosure to be entered on my CREDIT REPORTS, ( 7) have caused marriage problems between my wife and myself. I have also been showed where about 12 or 15 other clients of STARR LAW GROUP have filed complaints because they are having the same problems I have had with STARR LAW GROUP. They had to pay fees and never received services paid for. I think Mr. Stuart Starr, Attorney for STARR LAW GROUP should have to pay me for all the upfront money I had to pay STARR LAW GROUP, plus punitive damages total $325,000.00 PLUS Stuart Starr should be disbarred, and not be able to practice LAW IN FLORIDA, or any other STATE.
