Holly Barille - Won't send me the cat

Holly Barille of SpotacularBG took $3000 from me and never sent me the cat that I wanted to have. All her cats have a pedigree, or so she says. It has been almost a year, and I am still trying to make her send me either the cat or the money back.

Wont send my cat

I am responding to this false accusation that was posted about me several years ago. I had befriended this person Nicole in Germany about 5 years ago. She was a new breeder and just loved my cats. She always said she wished she could afford one of my cats for her breeding program. But could not afford the going rate at the time $5,000.00 for a show breeder cat to be purchased and flown to Germany. So I had said to her I have an amazing boy to show you, and she fell in love, I said I would give her him for my pet price of 1200.00 plus the cost of shipping, totaling if I remember correctly 2250.00 half of what I should have charged for a Bengal of his quality to be flown to Germany. Cats have to be held for 5 months before being flown to Germany and require certain shots at a certain time. There is a lot involved in this. The boy she chose had fell off my banister and fractured his hip. I had immediately contacted her and told her I felt as though it may not be a good idea for her to take him because he had an injury, I wanted her new boy to be perfect. SO we agreed to wait until the next litter born out of my girl Heaven and Shredder and she take a boy from that litter which is a repeat breeding of the boy she chose. The litter was born months later and there were 2 girls born, no boys. I offered a female of her choice from that litter or a male from one of my other litters and she said no she really wanted a boy from Heaven and Shredder. So now months later we have a litter a large one at that and she chose a boy and like I said there are steps that must be taken in order to send cats out of the country. Nicole started contacting breeders in America that have bought cats from me and asking about their experiences and began posting on the internet allegations that I wasn't sending her the cat she was waiting for. She recieived her kitten early March of 2012 and never as agreed to post that she had received her Bengal from me. So for the record..... the breeder in Germany did receive her Bengal boy. In the end it cost me more than what I had originally charged for the cat. She paid 2500 for what should have been 5000

I love my cat

I adopted several Bengals from Holly. I have a 6 year old boy Tarzan and a 2 year old female Nakita and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a gorgeous Bengal with a splendid personality. I just love my babies and feel bad for Holly. She has always been there for me when I had a question or concern. Thank you Holly for my precious babies
And for the record my name is Lindsey Barry

I bought 2 cats from Spotacular Bengals

I bought two cats from Spotacular Bengals. One of them died January 25, 2016 - he was only 4-1/2 years old. I bought him on August 13, 2011. When we got to Spotangular Bengals there were kittens and cats everywhere. When I took him to the vet 3 days later, they told me he was very underweight (he was skin & bones), he had ear mites, fleas and a heart murmur. His name was Simba. He was later diagnosed with HCM, but died of FIP (dry form). I am devastated and heart broken. We spent $5600 trying to keep him alive at the animal hospital.
About 4 months later, the first cat I bought from her became sick. I bought him on September 11, 2010. His name is Loki. He was almost 6 years old and diagnosed with IBD and glaucoma. It hurt my heart seeing him so weak. He lost so much weight. He was 11 lbs before he got sick, then he was 8 lbs. I had to bring him to the vet very often, to get his IBD under control. Since Loki got sick I've probably spent over $8000 on vet care. Now with the help of steroids he has gained some weight, now weighing 9 lbs. He gets eye drops for his glaucoma.
When I emailed Holly to tell her what happened to Simba on 4/5/16, she didn't even respond to my email.
I wish I could get in touch with other people who bought cats from her, so we can support each other emotionally. Everytime I talk about Simba I start crying. My name is Janee Dippolito, you can see photos of Simba and Loki on my facebook page. I have photos of my new kitten, Neo (bought from a different breeder) too.

I got two kittens with TF/buyer beware

This is to protect future buyers. A few years ago my partner and I purchased a female Bengal kitten from Holly. First of all she gave it to us at less then 8 weeks.... our baby girl needed more time with her mother. No issues but then we got an urgent phone call from holly saying she was trying to find an owner for another kitten. We said no thank you because the kittens coat way too much and she ended up dropping the price 50%.... We should have known something was fishy. We picked up our second baby girl. A few days later our first girl became very ill only soon and bones. She went from 2lbs to 1 in less than a week. We took her to the vet and after several blood tests they confirmed she had tf. And our second cat was tested who also had TF (a specific and rare parasite that seems to effect most Bengal cats). We contacted holly angry and she stopped responding and went MIA. From what I'm reading she was responsible for the vet bills due to giving us sick kittens. These cats never went outside! I'm sure the reason she was urgently trying to get rid of the kittens to either be able to afford treat other cats or pass off the sick kittens and make them someone else's responsibility. I don't have the time and energy to contact BBB or take her to small claims court because the treatment and caring for these cats exhausted me and I'm just honestly glad they didn't die. They both also had infested ear mites which is due to unsanitary cattery conditions.

Our cat died at a young age

Our cat was purchased from Spotacular Bengals. He died less than a year due to complications of FIP. Should have done our homework before buying a kitten from this breeder.
