"I placed an order on April 5th, 2012 for a leather jacket paid the unreasonable shipping charges. I never received an email confirmation or tracking number for my paid purchase"
Perhaps because you gave the wrong email address. You should have had mommy or daddy verify the address before you submitted.

Maybe she thought you could not read since you are only in the first grade.(or you are acting that age at least.)

Jules, perhaps you should heed your own "advice" and learn to read - I did state in my comment were complaining about shipping charges.
Once again, if you found those rates to be unreasonable, as you state, then you could have made the decision not to order it in the first place.
The name calling Jules, is uncalled for. Perhaps if you treated people in the manner in which you would like to be treated yourself, you may find more people would be willing to work with you with your problems.
Calling people names and being rude does not help your case.
