Unprofessional and rude towards their members
i am also a former member and i too was VERY disappointed with the goings on. louise maxwell deleted me due to what another member said. and has yet to give me a valid reason why and on several occasions i have requested that along with a few choice words due to my being wronged. i will never go back and would advise anyone against it.

soulful encounters chat and dating site !
This website is the most disrespectful chatsite i have ever seen ! they are very rude and abusive and the members have a habbit of ganging up against people constantly the level of abuse i was subjected to was very demeaning i never want to hear from anyone from in there ever again first they say your their frien and next will come the attack too many sick and mentally duranged members ! and louise is just like the rest of them too ! good riddens ! ! !

Soulful Encounters is a cyber bullying ring
Soulful Encounters is completely contradictory in helping the disabled. It is site that encourages bullying and many of their members are rude, inappropriate and abusive. Louise Maxwell, the owner at first seems friendly however she is manipulative, hypocritical, unprofessional with helping the disabled and constantly interferes into people's personal lives and leads a hostile environment on her site (she treats mentally disabled people like children who can't make decisions on their own and then humiliates anyone on her site who disagrees with her). She constantly picks favorites amongst members, treats people unfairly and horribly and encourages others to gain up on people. I was a member and a DJ there and several members made inappropriate advances to me and when I complained to her, she spewed slander about me to them and instead threatened to kick me out because I was dating someone that she had a beef with. I'm surprised that no one has filed a lawsuit against her for defamation because a lot of decent folks also had issues with many of the members. Louise is a power-hungry bully who takes advantage of disabled people's weaknesses and uses it against them and encourages all her cronies to abuse them. This is absolutely no way to treat the disabled and it is a despicable site to say the least. I hope the Canadian authorities (it is based out of Canada) intervene and shut this site down. I will return to this despicable site again!!

Soulful Encounters is a cyber bullying ring
Meant to say I will NEVER return to this despicable site ever again. Oh yes, for all you viewers thinking of joining Soulful Encounters, take my advice, don't. It is a very hostile environment with tons of drama and bullying. I regret ever joining.
