fraudulent wararnty service

I purchased a laptop from Sony and I paid extra for Sony Extended Warranty Department which is two years. After I claimed for their warranty services they were never provided and when I send the my laptop they never fixed existent problems. I contacted them many times about this but I even didn't receive any customer support service. This warranty service is nothing but junk, beware and better stay away from this company!
