Horse Riding

Called and made reservation for 12 people for a 2 hour horse riding for next day at 1PM. Talked to ###l and paid in full. We also got a confirmation from ###. We arrived 1 hour early the next day and was told we had to wait 2 hour. After a long 2 hour wait, they said they are short on staff and don’t have any horses left for the day. They told us to come back next week. We are out of town. How can we come back? We wanted to cancel because we have to fly home the following day. We asked for a refund and###l won’t refund us. ### stole our money. What a CROOK! ###stole over $1200 from us. ###is in Tucson Arizona running her WILD DESERT GLASS wilddesertglass.net and does not care about her Snow Mountain Stables business in Granby, CO. What a way to end our vacation! We will never come back here ever again. Don’t come here and get RIPPED OFF! They even have dead horses there.
