banned my account without a notice

beware and stay away from smile webshots website! this is a complete fraud and waste of money! They banned my account and deleted all my pictures just because my membership was over. I simply forgot about the membership and before banning they never send me a notice! Horrible customer service, company is not recommended after such experience!
