SMG Global Network are swindlers

SMG Global Network offered our band to become the distributors of our music. We signed the contract which included $300 cataloguing fee. There’s been no communication from them since then. They haven’t confirmed our album release date. When we called them their “president” Rod B. Gutta promised to look into it and that was it. No returned calls or emails. There is another guy Wayne "Nation" Roper who also worked in this firm. Now their website appears to be gone. SMG Global Network are crooks and swindlers!!!
