POOR customer service/High fees
Twice now they disposited money into my acct via my employer and when I tried to top up my cell phone and pay my motnly service to netflix the payments were denied, I them and I wish the Corp Office never went this route, give me back my paper paycheck.

The customer service does stink, but what is bugging me is the lady with the tax credit info. OMG that's very annoying. When all i wanna do is check my balance...and i gotta listen too that dumb S*&^... AGAIN! Grrrrrr

POOR customer service/High fees
Skylight deactivated my card without telling me and proceeded to charge me every month for an inactivity fee. When I tried to contact them I could only get a hold of an automated system. When I was to be transferred to an actual attendant, I'd either get hung up on, or the call would repeat from the very beginning. I am extremely displeased with Skylight Financial. When I finally got a hold of them they even charged me to close my account.

i agree... I am on the phone right now with the company due to a ATM malfunction... and Skylight took the money off of my card and NOTHING dispensed from the ATM. They are being very rude in regards to trying to handle the matter. I literally just got laughed at by a customer service guy that thought it was pretty funny that I am waiting this long for them to handle the matter. Then the manager got on the phone and laughed... what type of company is this? They have children handling customer service... IT ALMOST SOUNDS LIKE CHILD LABOR! They have NO IDEA whats going on. Its Sad and VERY unprofessional.
