Neglectful Customer Service
I also had simular problem with this company. I orderd boots and they did not fit. I called them and they said to send them back in and they would send out another pair. Two weeks later no boots so i called them back. When i called they said that they were back ordered on the boots and another pair would come in at the end of the week. I was already kind of annoyed because they should have called me or emails to let me know there was a delay on my order so i was not sitting around like some kind of a fool waiting for my boots. Than friday night i came home from work, still no boots so i called them back up. As i talked to the person on the phone they pulled up my order number and said they could not send me the boots or refund me. They said the boots i sent in "looked like they were worn for months". If they used basic logic they would have relized that it was not possible because i only ordered the boots a month ago. Also i only wore the boots around the house and made sure they were perfect when i sent them back in. I was very upset with them. I was lied to twice because the other person i talked to said they were back ordered and would send another pair in when in fact they did not. Than this person said the boots were "months old" and could not do anything about it. After complaining and threating to call the better bussiness bureau they said they would call me back next bussiness day to tell me what they could do for me... So i did get a call and they let me know that another pair would be sent out with the size i needed. They lied to me, did not contact me at all with emails or phone calls, took a very long time for me to get my product even though they got my money right away and were just very unprofessional the whole time. I do not recommened this company for anyone.
