Simply Electronics is, a leading online electronic goods retailer based in Hong Kong. They acknowledge they have had service issues, and have put resources in place to resolve them. They have made a commitment to a monitored Proof of Quality initiative to verify their standards and to add new levels of reassurance to consumers.
This has resulted in the swift resolution of cases that have to date utilised the new resources. The cases reported thus far have been an extremely small percentage of the overall customer number and any customer with concerns about the company is urged to use the resources now available.

I did contacted the Proof Quality providers among many other organizations and government agencies. I received response from all of them and the most positive one was from Proof Quality providers. They assured me to raise the issue with SE and response within 24. Well they did not replied but that was not needed as I got my refund in my account the very next day. Many be its just a coincidence as I probably takes few days to transfer money between difference accounts.

It was confirmed that Simply Electronics had processed your refund and that you should receive it within 48 hours. We are delighted that this has been resolved as per the terms and conditions that Simply Electronics entered into - something they have done consistently since signing up. In addition, all cases and feedback are used to address any issues that are down to problems with their systems, so your information was greatly appreciated. Thank you to this author for the comments regarding the provision of resolutions services. It is fair though, to advise that these services are paid for by Simply Electronics as part of an initiative to resolve some service issues and to provide an additional level of service to customers. In addition Simply Electronics are being regularly quality tested and have to conform to terms and conditions set as part of the initiative. I would also like to thank the author for the valuable feedback they provided during the resolutions process which will be used to assist Simply Electronics to pursue a verified quality assurance progamme. Any customers of Simply Electronics are welcome to use the resources - and consumers with concerns are also encouraged to seek clarity using them.

Non-delivery
I had the misfortune of ordering from Simply Electronics. This company does NOT DELIVER your goods and customer services ignores you. From my experiance and the numerous similar compliants online about "No Refund / No Delivery" I cant help but wonder if this is a SCAM operation. What I dont understand is why they are allowed to go on scamming more people. I intend to report this company to every authorative body I can think off to ensure that others do not have the nightmare experiance I've had.
