SHELL OIL MALAYSIA FOR JOB SEEKERS
Dr. David Mark is sending a questionnaire of Shell Oil company in PDF to make seem real. I've investigated after I sent my answers because it's weird that his email address is the free public email which is MSN. There are company emails that is usually used by big companies such as Shell Oil.

Double Charging on Card for Petrol
On Thursday 10 April 2014 at 6.26 am, I drew petrol at Terus Berkat Enterprise 271, R&R Seremban North Bound along Plus H'way S'ban- KL. The pump card machine was not functioning at that time in the morning. The petrol amount was RM112.14, however the attendant at the payment counter double charged me for the same amount. This is fraud and outright cheating by a Shell Company retailer by double charging the customer's credit card. I have reported to Standard Chartered Bank as disputed billing.
Shell Company should not allow such retailers to cheat customers,this is daylight robbery by a worker of the Shell Station by not putting the machine on line he is manually doing it to double charge the client.
Please take action . I will be reporting to the Consumers Association and the Ministry concerned about this fraud.
PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW SUCH THINGS TO SPOIL THE GOOD NAME OS SHELL

I wish that cashiers at the Shell Petrol Kiosks can be more courteous, or be given courteous customer service courses.
I must commend to the friendly cashiers of the Shell Station at Jalan Bundusan Kota Kinabalu. They are so courteous and friendly and say good bye with "Datang lagi". Whereas the girls at the Shell Station near Bandar Baru Penampang, Jalan Penampang are crude and treat customers as if we are asking for free services! This has been going on for years with the same two cashiers. I now drive a longer route to Jalan Bundusan rather than going to the more convenient Station near Bandar Baru Penampang.
