Bad employer
All the Officers on the site i work have not been paid correctly since Securitass***es took over the contract so far we have had 6 managment changes including 1 supposed area director who hasnt got a clue about security (infact all he thinks security is a chance to draw little pictures) i guess at the end of the day what can you expect from a company who can not get contracts but have to buy other companys to get them i have never in my life worked for such incompetent lying thevies in my whole carrier in security they are just a joke.
if you get an application form to join this company put it in the toilet but you might get more s**t from the paper because it has the securitas logo as they say be afraid very afraid

Bitch, Bitch, Bitch, is that all you lilttle girly boys do? You know why you are where you are in life? Cause you are PUSSIES! Get over it boys, LIFE AINT FAIR, SHIT HAPPENS, NO COMPANY IS PERFECT. You jerks act like THE COMPANY has it in their Policy and Procedure Book to make your life as shitty as it can, , , perhaps you are the shitheads ever think about that? Ususally when payroll is screwed up, the timesheets are scred up- it's called the "GARBAGE IN-GARBAGE OUT THEORY"- so go have a talk with your site supervisor or who ever does your timesheets. Regarding CRP training, it's CPR training and everyone should have that training- stop crying, it's good for ya. All these little incidents happen in all guard companies- so get used to it. They even happen in other industries. So grow up bitches, strap on some balls, and act like MEN.

My Worst Employer
I worked for this place for 4 years. As time progressed things just got worse and worse. Employees ratting each other out to further themselves, write-ups for situations that never happened because of word of mouth. Calls from Main Office telling me that I said things derogatory about them which simply was not true. Never got a pay raise or any incentive during my entire time there. This company is a joke. They continuously lose contracts in the Findlay Ohio area because of the conduct of their employees. I lost a Site Supervisor job because of the conduct of the people in the Main Office in Toledo. This company needs to stand down so that reputable security companies and step in and do the job properly. I guarantee that if Marathon Oil in Findlay Ohio knew any this, they would lose the contract there as well. Do not work for Securitas. They will ruin your life.

Cheap
I was told by my supervisor, that in lieu of vacation time, we get a combination of sick/vacation time. After the state made employers give employees paid sick time, the use the term "PTO" for for vacation/sick time. We are suppose to get 40hrs of paid sick time and still acrue vacation time. So, to those people who work for them, they are cheap in every sense.

Hired and never started working
Complete waste of time, was hired given uniform and jerked around,for a month. Scheduling has no clue on how to do there job, imature, un-professional at its best. Never return phone calls, A complete JOKE!!! No wonder they have a 110% turn over rate
