Kenmore Series 500 washer

I know it is starting on a negative outlook of this but I am fed up with the Sears Repair dept regarding the repair of my Kenmore washer!!
When I first purchased the machine, the auto load sensing did not work, called about it, they sent a repair man who stated machine was what it was, could not or did not have the knowledge to repair problem, it still exist. Back in Nov. of 2018, called because machine was making grinding noise, tech came out, checked machine, ordered transmission, suspension rods and another part. Parts arrive, tech was scheduled to come on Jan 3, Michael from Farmington, NM parked at the end of my drive, never came up to the house, called 800 number when he ended up driving away, was told that tech came to house, knocked on door and nobody was home! Tech lied, so filed a complaint cuz he wasted my day. Schedule another appt. for Feb, same tech who lied comes, heard banging noise, go in to check why, he is trying to get bottom part of tub off. When he comes out stating he is finished, he has the parts he ordered saying that he has to send them back because they were not needed after all, parts he ordered after checking what needed to be done and replaced. I ask to see the parts, the transmission, suspension rods, he states that he replaced one of the rods but looking at the new ones in the box, all 4 are new parts and he has no old part with him to take out, not in my laundry room either. He just said that he did replaced a small circular part that he did show me the old part. I had asked if he could test the machine before he left but he stated he did not have the time so he left. When I used the machine, it would shake in the spin cycle becuse of the load was not balanced and then I noticed that he cracked the plastic in the inside of the tub around the middle chrome part.
I called the 800 number to inform them of the condition and after talking to a "supervisor" she stated that they would send out another tech to check out what Micheal did on the 7th of March.

Well, here it is March 7th and Micheal, who damaged the machine calls me this morning asking what is wrong with the machine? I let him know I was not expecting him beacuse I was told somebody else would be coming but they lied and sent him to inspect his own previous work and damage he created. Appointment was cancelled for March 28, again being told somebody other than Micheal would be here. Needed to wash some clothes, but it would not wring out the clothes, so put it on drain and spin cycle, kept putting in water and would not wring out the clothes, as well as shaking the machine, tried the rinse and spin, didnt wring them out either, finally put it on bulky bedding(only one that I can use to wash) did the job. Called the 800 number, again bunch of apologies but nothing they can do until the appt. date.

Called their corp. office, whoever I talked to was just as rude and hung up! I don't expect anything from Sears, if the machine ever gets fixed, will use until I can't and then buy another one but NOT A SEARS BRAND EVER AGAIN, DONE WITH SEARS APPLIANCES!!!
