got no movie
I bought a movie on Internet from them and said it'll be processed in 2-3 days. It's been 15 days and I got nothing! They never answered my voice mails and e-mails! Avoid these scammers

Frauds
Same complaint as the last reviewer and MANY others. Check out Webutation, BBB & ComplaintsBoard.com on this company. This company does not communicate or respond. I had to manually check the status two weeks after placing order that was in-stock and posted to ship out within 2 days. They charged me in full and almost one month later they did not respond to several emails and calls requesting my movies or a refund. I still have charge on my card and must file a dispute through my credit card company. Scooter Movies Shop always makes the same claims in their rebuttals of; insufficient funds, order lost in mail, etc.... but every victim strongly states they were charged, didn't receive their order and company never notified them and will not respond.

no support service
I purchased a DVD from them before Christmas as a Christmas present and it never arrived in time! I tried to contact them several times but it seems that they don't have any support service! Beware and be careful!

Did not receive the movies!
This place took money from my credit card and never sent me any movies! They charged me in full and won't return any calls!

Scooter Movies Shop
I ordered four DVD's in March 2013, the order was acknowledged by Scooter, my credit card was charged, but the DVD's were never shipped and I received but one reply to multiple emails requesting fulfillment or refund. David Miller, the owner, told me he is "just one old guy trying to catch up on orders", and that was back in May. It is now August, and still no DVD's or refund. His service is very unreliable, according to the many reviews I have read online.
