stole my money and my manuscript

This is the worst publisher ever! Beware and be careful! I used their services and they absolutely failed my order - they never printed my book as they promised and started to ignore me when I claimed for a refund. I asked them to give back my manuscript but I never received a reply from them. Be careful and better stay away from this company!
