Deduction of SR1.20 everyday
Dear Sir,
I would like to complain the deduction of SR1.20 everyday from my load. This happens few Months ago & still continuing to this day. Last Month I was suprise early in the morning that my load was deducted of P79.00 which I did not use it.
I complain already personally to STC here at Al-Khafji but still the deduction goes on everyday. Therefore, kindly help me to eliminate this unsual deduction from my Prepaid Jawal Sim. My mobile number is 0509564318.

Registration filure
Sir,
I have updated my ID no. many times ( ID. NO. 2154660274 ) for my prepaid no. 0507780638 by sending messages and by sending scanned copy of SIM card along with id no. etc. I have submitted my id to the nearest STC office also. But still my SIM card is getting blocked showing " Registration failure ".
I expect a solution for my Problem.

sir,
i was using sawa number 0508494842 for the last 12 years,but unfortunately when i was back after my vaccation ,i came to know that the sim is cancelled.when i inqired in sawa customer service i came to know that the sim is not available.but i need it.if there is fine also i can provide it .kindly help as to have the same number.presently i am having sawa number 0502834613.so kindly help me in retaining the number.

but until now it has no confirmation.

Registration filure
I have updated my ID no. many times ( ID. NO. 2234897821 ) for my prepaid no. 0503162981 by sending messages and by ubmitted the photo copy of SIM card along with id no to STC nearest branch. I have submitted my id to the nearest STC office also. But still during the recharge wrong ID number is showing.
I hope you will do best for the above mentioned matter.

wrong ID registration
Sir,
I received a sms from STC that my number has been registered under ID # 1026885150.
This is not my iqama#. My number is 2066429073. I enquired with stc local office and found my iqama number
in system is correct but i am unable to recharge sawa recharge coupen.
Please rectify the problem as soon as possible. and send a message to my number 0506982123.

transfering of ownership
i bought new simcard yesterday night and i try to reload so that i can test if it is full registered to my iqama # and it was done, but aftet 2 hours there's a new confirmation that im not the new owner of my simcard, (wdh!) im just curious why is it happen? and after that i sms 9988 to 902 to check if how many simcard registered to that person and it was 5 phone # including my new simcard..
