6 months and no rebate!

I was directed to saveologytech when setting up Internet services. I was told that if I followed the rebate requirements, I would receive a rebate for both the router and modem. My rebate was accepted in July 2012. It is now February 2013. My phone calls are always answered and now I have been waiting 2 months for the check to be "processed". I still have not seen the rebate! It appears to be a scam. I am not sure which arm of the law to contact.
