without calling weekly cutting money

Daily & weekly deduction
I have deduction of 10 SAR every week without any reason on Saturday Morning with the message "Your last call costs SAR 10 " I don't know why and what for actually STC is deducting my amount. Please help and stop deducting my balance unnecessarily

Land line telephone complaint

dear my land line telephone no 02 6425461 it is always complaint since one year 1 day connect one week disconnecting this regular
since one week my telephone is not working, while we dial from out side we can hear ringing tone but telepgone is not ringing.
inside line also dead, i check this connectiion with indoor technician and change now wire, the technician is telling there is no connection in the stc box.

so you kindly check and connect my line

dear cir this tel.number-77234736.used to 20 mb was normal, last 15 ds it stoped to wark. came 4 times technichen could not help. from 906 only they refer to technichen again. Help me who is responsible for our internet contract.

Bill after Disconnecting

I have disconnected my land line No:2696625 by paying dues in STC office in Takhassusi street as I was transferred to another city. Surprisingly after 3 months I keep getting messages to pay bill. When I called 907 for complaints he says I have to go back to the office where I made application for dis-connection, when I went there came to know that this office is shifted, the new office has no records. Unfortunately they did not give any copy of my application for disconnection they just asked me to pay dues which I did immediately thru the spam machine at STC office. What am I supposed to do?

aljawal problem. unable to hear the other end

I have 3 personal sim for my family and a company provided sim card. All in each smart phones. 3 samsung and 1 sony. It all started like a week or two, we are having problem hearing the other of the line. But they can hear us. Mostly, our conversation could last from 6 to 20 seconds and then the problem starts. I am unable to hear the other end. I thought it could be the smart phones. I even tried interchanging the sim but to no avail. I tried using our old nokia phone, not a smart phone, but the problem is still the same. I do not know what is wrong with stc right now. But I hope they can fix this problem. Even calling 902, the conversation will not last long.

broadband connection

i have ordered for 4 mbps speed broadband connetion i made request on decenber end but still now no techinician came and installed any modem in my house but when i call the customer care they are telling already line is active for your name....everyday i use to recieve sms from stc the the techinician will call you but nobody turned up.

BILL EXCEED THE LIMIT OF FIX AMOUNT

ACTUALLY I HAVE LAND LINE TELEPHONE 1 MB WHICH IS FIXED PRICE IS 149 SAR
WHILE SINCE LAST FOR MONTHS BILL IS COMING SUM TIME 264 SAR SUM TIME 300 +

NOW THERE IS BILL 722 SAR FOR LAST TWO MONTHS IT SUPPOSE TO BE 149+149= 298 SAR + SUM INTERNATIONAL
CALL. HOW COME IT BECOME 722 SARY FOR LAST TWO MONTHS

PLEASE INVESTIGATE THE CASE AND REVERT BACK TO ME

BILL AFTER DISCONNECTION

I HAVE PAID AND DISCONNECTED MY LANDLINE NUMBER 114610980 DUE TO NOT ACTIVATING MY DSL CONNECTION AFTER I HAVE TRANSFERED HOUSE, BUT IT IS SO HARAM THAT I STILL RECIEVE ANOTHER BILL AFTER DISCONNECTION.

Can anybody help me

I moved to Saudi Arabia at the beginning of January and bought in advance 14 months internet connection for my home. To date my STC internet has not worked. I have been back to the shop numerous occassions and they say they have fixed it and when I go home it doesn't work, sometimes if I am lucky, it might work for 20 minutes (very slowly) then cut out completely. They guaranteed me a service but to date have failed in doing so. Tuesday evening I bought 300 SAR of STC Credit for my phone (the money soent on my phone bill is huge, as using that for my internet supply) and only yesterday, Wednesday, keyed in the coded numbers to upload the credit to my phone.....it said it was successfully uploaded. Went to call somebody last night and I am told I need to top up as I have no credit on my phone..........
I have spent to dated over a 1,000 euros for a service that does not work, appauling and nobody in STC seems to want to listen to me nor even help. I asked for a refund for the service they were not providing and I was tolod no. I am sure you will all agree that when you live so far away from home, the internet is so important in being able to communicate with your family. I barely get to talk to my parents anymore as its so expensive to use the landline!!!!!!!
STC, Please do the honourable thing....if you can't provide me with a service then refund my money please

bad service by your staff

I am an STC subscriber and i really enjoy your service through cellphone and internet,coz it brings me close to my loved ones. Last october 29,2014 before i went for vacation i went to one of your branch here in tabuk to pay my bill.your staff asked my iqama to get the information on my account no. And how much i going to pay.so i paid 646 riyals with a official receipt.after my vacation i went back to the same office to ask my latest bill,and there i found out that i haven't paid my bill since i purchased my internet modem.and my actual bill is almost 500 riyals only...your staff charge me with a wrong account.so i went to NCB BANK to get statement of account as a supporting document,and i paid 25 sr.and take excuse from my work to get that paper.unfortunately the manager from your branch says,he can't do anything because the 60 days for me to complain is already finished.
I will not have this problem if only your staff did his work honestly and with concern to your costumers.
Sir your help,your concern to this matter is much appreciated. Thank you and more power to STC.

sudden disconnection

Last September 4, our internet connection suddenly disconnected. I paid my bills through online banking and have a remaining 36 SAR as balance. We called the costumer service and the costumer representative informed us that the landline connection was cut. I went to the nearest STC office after 2 days and have a check on my service account. Initially, the teller told me that I have to pay the remaining amount which 36 SAR. However, since it was disconnected since September 4, the teller obliged me pay another 499SAR (100mbps) hoping to be that the internet connection will be resumed. Unfortunately, the teller was not able to reconnect it and I paid the said amount (499) as an advance payment for the month of 15/11 in Hijri calendar. I understand that the amount I paid is an advance payment to cover the due up to 15/12. However, the teller was not able to reconnect the internet service. Is there a possibility that I will be getting a refund for this?

land Line and Internet are not working

Respected sir,
My land line number is.0126752807 and i have also internet facility on this number. last one month My land line no. is not working and also internet some time working and mostly not worked.I am very Disappointed to find the STC phone land line and internet services. Because I registered my complained on dated 28-10-2015 and my complaint no. is 2066605,as per your received message I called to your service representative on this no.0550275283 he is not listening me properly and also misbehave with me. so I request you if you could not give us the good services in land line and internet then please stop my phone and internet service. then i will take services from other land line and internet services.

New Prepaid Sim that was disconnected due non-payment

I have purchased a New Prepaid Sim in Jeddah on March 11, 2016. But when I inserted this new sim card in to my mobile and starting to use it, I was prompted that the sim card is disconnected due to non-payment. What is this, can anybody in STC response to this problem?

Disconected Broadband conection

without Installation stc start to billing

Sir I like to bring your good office to the kind attention the below given maters and please solve my problem as soon as possible
1. I applied for internet connection 20M on April 12 my connection No is 173216603.and also recived text message order No# 02152529 password 0599
2 I receive text message on April 13 Mr Gail C Ortega STC technician mob No 50002676 is pleased to serve m line on 13-4-2016 Technician come to Install the line but speed of the secondary is very low SNR only 5 he tell me this should be done by another technician and evening I received text message STC apologize for not serving on shedule due to circumstances beyond its control and we will send you a new date nearly again I received April 15 STC technician Aldo Ra Balbuena Flores mob no 5030 is pleased to serve my line and also give the confirmation code also this technician come and check the lane and he also tell me SNR is very low that's why your net not coming he will report the supervisor again April 18 again I received text message from STC ALDO RAY BALBUENA FLORES will serve my conection and give me confirmation code also then again Evening I recived a text message STC apologize not serve my line.April 19 some people come to work for my cable to increese the SNR from stc office I dont know the name but that day two pickup van come and some body aske me money I not pay anything the same day evening I recived a text message that saying Dear customer to be informed that your line 173216603 has been already served. for more services please visit www.stc.com.sa or call 900 , so I call 900 but I not get any response minumum 10 times I call and inform them My line Insalation not finish I wait another 5 days after that I go STC main office Jizan and meet the main officer and explained all this that time He call MR Arthore and aske him to check the line cable and increes the SNR I see this technician two days he visited to my post 139 and he go after that today I go main office and meet the officer and explain all the details after that he call somebody and aske to do necessary action . After 5 minuites I recive messageSTC technician ALDORAY BALBUENA FLORES serve you at 1. AM After that another message come STC Jojo Javier Onera mob NO 503138126 will serve my line Bothe this peoples come to for looking the complaint of my net conection but unfortunatliy till this time My line not instalation finish I not recive any rooter I dont know how stc sending peoples for maintenance of my line at 5.37 PM I recive stc text message apologize for not serving. from this two technician I can understand STC started billing for my conection since April 19 which one not instalation finish Now I dont know how to solve my problem till now MY line instalation not finished and I not give an person the conformation NO and who report the stc office that my line No173216603 already instalation finish

When I take one day leave to go stc office one day my company cutting 200 sr for the Absend per day last month I lost 400 sr this month I lost todays absent for to visit stc 200 sr this is too heavy for me If you can do anything please do necessary action against this complaint.

I have already stc 4 G wifi conection that one not working properly then I go to stc they make it 3G my speed coming this one 65mpps. thats wh I applay for a land line now I am paying already for nothing 50 sr to stc for this line every month
