fake message

STC is the worst telecommunication company I've ever seen or heard of. There is no one to listen to your complaints as I tried to get into the head of STC or complaints, asked many of the STC staff who failed to help resolving my problem with no success. The reply was that the chairman of the STC has no time to meet customers.
I once have returned an STC product that was received from two of the STC staff who were supposed to have cancelled a year agreement. That never happened and after receiving a bill after another many of STC personnel kept advising me to pay the bill and everything will be refunded back to me once the issue is solved. Nothing has been solved and after paying a sum of 2600 SR I still have received two other bills of over 600 SR each. This sounds fake but believe me its true. This is stealing and forgery isn't it?. A friend told me I shouldn't have paid anything from the start as no one has any right to bill me anyway. I have certainly made a mistake because I believed those people who sounded very helpful over the phone and willing to resolve the situation without being decent enough to say we cannot resolve it. My next step is to refer to the police for a court action.

lucky draw scam

I received call from mobile 0536673236 from Mohammed from STC. He told me my sim card lucky series 899660 (all sim cards start the same) had just been selected and I had won 200, 000 SR. He then asked my igama no. To finish the process he said I needed to purchase five 300 riyal saw a cards. At that time my husband asked what was going on and when he heard the story, he immediately said 'scam' and found this web site to validate this. No money lost and when Mohammed called back my husband answered and told him it was a scam and he was looking to get up to 20 years if he continued in this manner. Be wary all!

He said that my STC Sim serial number starting from 899660 (that is realy my sim numbers) is in the list of the lucky draw which include SAWA, company, and you won 200, 000 Saudi Riyals, He also provide me Bank Al Raji Sr. # 0072231875264 and Fax # 3560450384049 and also provide me Check #. and ask me that if you give me pin number of two vouchers of 300 riyals than I can process the bank transfer in your card pin numbers and show to these cards with Iqama copy to Al-Rajhi Bank to collect the Money. Fraud by Middle East Plastic Industries

We would like to bring to your attention a case of Fraud of sending faulty merchandize by the following company:

Middle East Plastic Industries, Po.Box. 54432, Jeddah 21514, Saudi Arabia.
Ph : 966(2) 6081926 Ext. 126, Fax: 966 (2) 6081927. Contact person: Mr. Kashif Khan

We had placed an order with the above mentioned company for the following
Plastic Raw Materials for our India office :

1. ONE 40' container of PVC Powder and
2. Two containers of 40' of Poly Propylene.
Total value of the order was $ 78685.00

As per the agreement, we were supposed to pay them 30% in advance and 70% immediately
after the shipment. Accordingly, we made the payment to them.

At the time of sending the shipment, they had sent us pictures of the material showing what was being shipped. From the pictures the merchandize seemed to be as per our order . However, they shipped completely different and faulty merchandize, which we found out upon the receipt of the goods.
They DID NOT SEND THE GOODS for which they had sent us the pictures for,
Nor is the merchandize in confirmation with our order and Performa Invoice.
This merchandize is completely useless and good for nothing. It can not be used.

Re. PVC Powder: We were informed that it is second prime PVC Resin of Sabic or Rabic, whereas material is full of moisture and mud/sand. It is brownish in colour

Re. Poly Proplyene : They were supposed to send us Injection Moulding Poly Propylene of 9 to11 MFI,
Clean second prime material of Sabic or Rabig, whereas goods we received are completely soaked in water and are dirty, almost black.

We have already informed them about the problem and have e mailed the pictures of the shipment that we have received to show them what they have sent to us.

The contact person Mr. Kashif Khan has informed us that he has referred to the matter to his management. Despite our repeated requests and phone calls there is no reply from them.

If you need, we can email copies of all the documents and communication pertaining to this case.

We have already paid to Middle east Plastic Industries as per the price originally agreed upon , the total cost of the order that is $ 78685/-. In addition to this amount ,we have also paid Duty ,Taxes, Freight,
Handling charges etc. worth $ 35500/-.

We desperately need your help to resolve this situation. We did this transaction based on trust and belief that Saudi Arabia as a country has very strict laws and regulations preventing any fraudulant activities , specially in the international business.

Not only have we put in the large amount for this transaction but we have also lost the trust of our clients who were waiting for this merchandise.

At this time we would like this company to refund the monies that we have already paid to them
that is $78685/-as well as $35500/- that we have paid in Duty ,Taxes, Freight etc.
Total amount work out to be $ 114,185/-
We are not asking for any compensation for the lost opportunity and credibility.

Thank you and look forward to your early response.

lucky draw scam

Dear stc, ARE YOU A SCAM OR WHAT???

ON 7/ 30/ 2013, around at 1530hrs MY MOBILE STARTED RINGING SHOWING A STRANGE NUMBER. I'M NEW IN SAUDI, SO I DON'T HAVE MANY PEOPLE TO CALL OR VISE-A-VERSA. THE CALLING NUMBER WAS 0509547638. A MAN WITH HEAVY INDIAN ACCENT WAS SPEAKING VERY BAD ARABIC AND SAID: MABROUK , I'M WITH STC AND YOU HAVE JUST WON 200,000 RIYALS. SAY ALHAMDULLIL. SO, VERY CALMLY, I SAID SO. HE REPLIED YOU ARE NOT HAPPY THIS IS RAMADHAN AND ALLAH JUST GAVE YOU 200,000 RIYALS. I REPLIED: YOU SAID YOU ARE WITH STC? HE REPLIED YES. I ASKED WHY YOU HAVE A REGULAR NUMBER? USUALLY IT WOULD BE 902. "I'M SIMPLY SAYING THAT BECAUSE I HAD RECEIVED CALLS FROM STC IN THE PAST, AND THAT'S HOW THEY WOULD APPEAR.

HE REPLIED, NO WORRIES, JUST CHECK ON THE BACK OF YOUR SIM CARD AND VERIFY THAT YOUR SIM CARD HAS THE NUMBERS 899660, AND IF SO, CALL ME BACK. YOU CAN GO TO RAJHI BANK TO COLLECT YOUR MONEY. FOX, I DO TRAVEL QUITE OFTEN, SO COLLECTING SIM CARDS BECAME SOMEWHAT OF A HOBBY. ONE THING ABOUT STC SIM CARDS, THEY ALL HAVE 899660 SERIAL NUMBER ON THEM; AND THAT'S WHEN THAT LIGHT CAME ON, AND I FELT LIKE BEING PLAYED.

BESIDES, I DON'T THINK STC WILL HAVE RAJHI BANK -THE WORST FINANCIAL INSTITUTION IN THE KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA- HANDING OVER A CHECK FOR THAT AMOUNT? I MEAN WHY WOULDN'T STC DO IT? THIS IS THE BEST FORM OF MARKETING -AS IF THEY NEED MARKETING-. ANYHOW, I TRIED TO CALL STC, I SPENT MORE THAN 20 MINUTES LISTENING TO THEIR STUPID AND REDUNDANT PROMOTIONS, WITHOUT GETTING TO A SINGLE HUMAN BEING. I THINK THEY WERE TRYING TO SAVE LABOR COST SO THEY CAN PAY ME THE 200,000 RIYALS.

I FINALLY CALLED SOME OF MY INDIAN FRIENDS AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT IT'S A SCAM. STAY AWAY.

WHAT'S MORE PATHETIC, THAT IN SAUDI, RECHARGING YOUR PREPAID LINE, IS VERY CONTROLLED. YOU CAN'T GET A NUMBER WITHOUT YOUR "IQAMA" OR RESIDENCY, AND IF YOU DON'T HAVE A RESIDENCY, YOU HAVE TO PROVIDE YOUR PASSPORT NUMBER. AND EVEN WHEN YOU GET A STUPID PREPAID LINE, EVERY TIME YOU RECHARGE THAT LINE, YOU HAVE TO ENTER YOUR PASSPORT OR IQAMA/ RESIDENCE NUMBER? DID YOU HEAR THAT FOX? YES, IT'S TIGHT AS DOG'S A#*, SO ANY ABUSE OR ILLEGAL IS HAPPENING WHILE USING THAT LINE, THE AUTHORITIES OR STC SHOULD BE ABLE TO CATCH YOU -IF THEY WANTED TO CATCH THAT MOTHER LOVER-, THEY CAN DO IT A QUICKY, BUT .....

THINGS THAT MAKES YOU GO HMMMM WHAT THE FU#*? I MEAN IT'S NOT LIKE STC IS IN NEED FOR MORE PROFIT, BUT ONE SHOULD JUST WONDER SOMETIMES, DID SOMEONE RUN OUT OF OIL, TO START SCAMMING PEOPLE, AND WORSE, THE MOST HOLIEST PLACES ON GOD'S GREEN EARTH FOR MUSLIMS?

YOU CAN FIND HUNDREDS OF SIMILAR CLAIMS BY PEOPLE LIKE ME AGAINST STC, THE QUESTION IS CAN YOU FIND SOMEONE FROM STC TO EVEN GIVE ANY, -YES I SAID ANY- FRINGING EXPLANATION? NOPE, NOT UNFORTUNATELY, STAFF ARE OUT BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 0001HRS AND 2359HRS, AND WE SHALL BE BACK IN JIFFY.

MAN, I COULD GO ON AND ON, BUT I GUESS, THIS COWBOY SHOULD JUST CALL IT A WRAP, FOX.

BE AWARE, IT COULD HAPPEN EVERYWHERE.

PS. I'M USING UPPERCASE, TRYING TO EXPRESS MY FEAAAAAAAAAAAALING, SHIT, I GUESS I JUST BROKE MY TOOTH

STC FAKE CALLS

If you guys got a phone call from a man working in STC and he is speaking in Urdu. He is a fake. The man called me by telling that my name is flashing in Al Jazeera news and he says that after I purchase three 300 saw a cards (which costs 900 saudi riyal) he will give me an al rajhi bank cheque no. But unfortunately I search on the web about this and ended up on this site. And a special thanks to the man ' murtuza ' who had this same incident. Thank god, after reading Mr. Murtuza's comment I only gave a 100 riyal sawa card to him.

This is a story from my side. I don't want the same thing to happen to you.
Signing out.

Lucky Draw scam

About this topic of Lucky Draw Scam, after reading the same stories of people who had been a victim as I am. I'm ashamed & May Allah SWT curse this people to HELL.

About the scammer:
1. Claimed he's an STC employee Mohammad Samir with Pakistani/Indian English accent at STC OFFICE Ballad St. in Jeddah congratulating you winning 200,000sr STC Raffle Draw using a mobile number 0558642381 but later on came to track this number from STC office that It was registered to another person. They will ask to purchase 300sr x 6 recharge card after that will issue you a serial number for you prize money.
2. They can call you using 902 to convince you that they are from STC company. Again will ask to purchase recharge cards in order for them issuing you the check number to used for al Rajhi Bank in claiming your prize money.
3. Lastly, they want you to pay transaction fee 8,300sr in Western Union for money transfer in Dubai to be given to Tayyab Mumtaz s/o Mumtaz Ahmad. These two names need to be reported in Western Union & be questioned of any involvement for this crime.

But it is all LIE.

QUESTION
Why STC didn't gave us a warning message to all STC subscribers not to be involve, as it was fake & find a solution to track & catch this criminals to be punished.

I hope STC will do something such as a campaign for public awareness & coordinate with Government Police/Detectives to end it.

Please Brothers & Sister spread the word & report this cyber criminals to authorities. As they already victimize a lot of Good & Law abiding citizens.
