Website-Login Failure
I have a similar problem with Santander Consumer. My ex-wife who is a co-signer on my auto loan filed bankruptcy in August, 2011. Though I continue to make payments, Santander Consumer USA blocked my online access and discontinued sending bills to me. It has been five months and have not be able to access my account online, They continue to asses late fees to my auto loans without granting me access to my accounts and not recording my payments. I still owe $6, 500 on my loan and thinking about surrendering the vehicle voluntarily to Santander and join on the class action law suit. Who has better options for me?

worst loan company
I had a loan with this company and when it was my last year and i almost paid everything they took my car away stating that i owed them money. I collected all my bills and tried to get my car back, to prove that I paid almost everything but they just didn't want to speak with me. Now I am trying to fix this situation but I will never recommend this company for your business!

claimes I still owe money
I have almost finished paying out the loan when suddenly the company informed me that I have a debt of $10000.00. It was shocking because I know I paid every month! I couldn’t have any debts! Now I’m forced to hire a lawyer to settle things straight with this company.
