Defective Product
I bought a Samsung galaxy A7 (2016) Edition with top load from an authorized dealer Sangeetha in bommanahalli in July 9th 2016. After about 7 days, my smart phone had an issue on the network and the heat while charging. When I inform this to the dealer he informed me to have a check with the Samsung service center, he got it checked and told me that the software has update and made me wait for 3 days Since my phone has a guarantee of 1 year and the only 8 days old, at the service center a person informed to my brother that the problem is with the mother board as there is a stock issue he informed my brother to come after 2 days but my bro denied and asked him to replace it. But no action has been taken, My question is why the mother board has to be replaced? Because the phone purchased by my bro is 8 days old have the bill for the proof Hence I bring this situation to your attention as you have good reputation in Indian markets. I believe I would get a quick response from you and get it replaced through the local dealer. Thank you in advance
