They are not respecting their clients and not reliable the incident below explain how they did not deal seriously with Their clients
This is to inform you that due to the 10+ hour delay I got an ear infection and neck pain which resulted in missing work for three days nevertheless the money I spent on treatments, moreover Doctor advised for 6 physiotherapy sessions. Hence I'm very disappointed from your decision.

I have another flight which was booked earlier under booking confirmation number MEDBA1 please I would like you to cancel my flight and refund in full immediately so I can book with other airline.
Your prompt response would me appreciated.
