They should call themselves UnsafeWholesale.com

I am in the same boat!!! Please have your attorneys call me I can use them this is the WORST experience of my life. defective go kart

STAY FAR AWAY from this company. I lead a multi-billion dollar operation and wanted to get my son a go kart for my son's birthday. I felt them on the internet and they seem very legit. The prices look ok as well as the initial service rep.

However, receiving this piece of junk and assemblying it, my hell began. Within an hour of driving the go kart parts started falling off, gas leaks, chain constantly slipping, battery bead, air filter broke, etc. I called them to tell of all these issues and of course they want pictures. I sent all of this end and they promised to send replacement parts. I requested 5 and got 2. The two that they sent were both broken. Since they are not very big, they made the mistake od sending me an internal email highlighted to themselves that they are sending me broken parts and that I should use them. I was outraged. I took the cart to mechanic who attempted to fix some of these issues at my cost of course. A few weeks later, the wheel came off at very low speeds. I had enough, I called them back and for the next 30-40 days i complained and asked for my money back. They said no and I told them I will get my money back for this unsafe and defective kart.

I worked with my credit company and they took the money back from them. My suggestion to anyone who looking for a good deal to stay away from this company. if you do a search on complaints for this company you will see why. They use the same tactics on everyone. Stand your ground and fight for your rights as a customer.

I return the go kart and got my money credit back to my card. Now Saferwholesale want to sue me for Fraud. I should send you the letter from the so called service person. He's beyond an idiot.

scam

This company refused me to accept the return. They offered me high quality furniture which actually was low quality. When I notice it I wanted to get a refund but they refused me.
This is a scam!

Beware of this shady company

I was placing an order with them and asked if it's possible to get the item delivered to my door and to be left there. The sales rep said he'll check with his boss and then asked for this to be given to him in writing. I found it really strange and said no and they said I'll have to pay 30% restocking fee! Really?? Beware of this shady company.

This company didn't send me my purchase and also they have no customer service, so it is impossible to contact them! Stay away from this company, do not buy!

I am commenting today as a very satisfied customer of Safer Wholesale. I recently purchased a motor scooter from them and am thoroughly impressed with both the quality and professionalism of this company. I must admit that I was very skeptical of this companies reputation at first, due to the volume of negative feedback about Safer Wholesale that was left on various different feedback sites. Do not, and I repeat, do not be swayed by this feedback! A lot of the reviews were left by individuals who do not appreciate the nature of “Wholesale” entities. They sometimes act as middlemen who make arrangements with various other retailers to provide you with a deeply discounted price on items that could cost you almost double elsewhere. I will qualify my opinion by relating my own experience with this company. When I ordered my scooter, I was informed that I would receive it within 10 - 15 business days. I received it on 7/19/2012, which is Nine business days after placing the order! I emailed my request for the Certificate of Origin/Title on 7/20/2012 and received it today, 07/23/2012. My sincerest thanks to Veronica for her speedy response. The delivery company that they used (R&L Carriers) delivered it undamaged, except for a small dent on the chrome accent located on the muffler, and were very professional in arranging a convenient time for delivery. Kudos to you guys. You did great! I will be sure to recommend Safer Wholesale to all my friends and associates who might be in the market for a great deal on a name brand scooter. So, to anyone taking the time to read this review, do yourself a favor, when shopping for a moped/scooter, give these guys a ring! Believe me, you won’t be sorry. P>S. I wish more satisfied customers would leave feedback. This helps a prospective customer, like I was, weed through all the negative comments out there with better peace of mind! Keep up the good work Safer Wholesale. I’ll be back!

Check Around And Then Bough From SaferWholesale.com - Glad I Did!

Hello! Just wanted to let you know that I received my vehicle on Friday, 1/11/13 at 12pm. the package was not damaged and the scooter is just wonderful. I want to add that I am very happy and pleased with the scooter and want to thank all involved in sending and following up on my order. I am also impressed with the operation and handling of the scooter itself. I am sure I will get years of great satisfaction riding it in my community. Again kudos to all.

Great Sellers!

Since others are obviously manipulating this review system to bad mouth an awesome company like Safer Wholesale, let me chime in. They do NOT sell indoor furniture, have NO fraud alerts or civil proceedings against them, and their business model is flawless. Every order I've had from them is remarkable - customer service is awesome!

DO NOT believe these paid negative reviews from competitors (who are obviously trying to steal business when, in essence, Safer Wholesale keeps getting bigger and better) - I purchased from them and back my honest review 100%! Thank you Safer Wholesale for making sure my order processed quickly!

SaferWholesale.com Sells A Great Product

Dear SaferWholesale,

Below is my review. I hope it is not too long. When I purchased my shutters, I still had some doubts about how they would work and if all of the materials would be provided and such. I wanted to include some of my concerns that were resolved in my review for other customers that might be worried about the same things I was. I do hope that you contact your vendor that manufactured the shutters on my behalf to thank them for a wonderful job. The packaging and product were truly impressive.

I purchased the 10 pack of Bahama Hurricane Shutters and 1 smaller size shutter. I am very pleased with them. They were delivered in a large completely enclosed wooden crate. All of the shutters were packed to perfection. Every corner and all sides of every shutter were wrapped in bubble wrap and cardboard runners then completely shrink wrapped in plastic. All of the hardware was provided with nothing missing. Not one shutter was scratched or damaged. The shutters are extremely well made. When a storm comes, all you have to do is lower them and with the same screws that hold them in the extended position, you lock them in place. I live in a hurricane prone area of Texas and these shutters will provide far superior protection than any plywood or other covering for the windows. Living alone it is hard to cover all of the windows with plywood and then you end up putting nails or screws into the woodwork of the house causing damage to the outside that has to be fixed when the plywood is removed. These shutters can be enjoyed year round. They still allow great visibility, but are especially great because they keep the sun off of the windows and this really helps on the air conditioning when the outside temps are usually around 100 Deg. SaferWholesale did contact me about 10 days after my purchase to advise there was a delay and it would be about 3 more weeks. I really appreciated the call and it was fine with me about the delay. It meant so much to me that someone with the customer service department took the time to advise me of the delay and really made me feel so much better about the purchase. As it turns out, I did get the shutters about a week earlier than expected. All of this to say thanks to SaferWholesale and hope that my review may provide other potential buyers of this product more detailed information about the shutters. I did order the "pale brown" color. It is the color of milk chocolate. I ordered the 2" slats. When the shutters are extended out from the window, you will still have good view and also more privacy.

Safer SUED! Get your money back!!!

Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan has filed a lawsuit against online sporting goods retailer Great Sports Inc. for fraud and deceptive business practices.

Madigan's office says the Illinois company has three websites, greaterpowersports.com, globaltrailer.net and saferwholesale.com, that sell sporting goods, motorcycles, exercise equipment and more.

The company is accused of delivering incorrect orders or damaged goods, and denying customer refunds. Madigan says her office received hundreds of complaints from consumers in 19 counties throughout Illinois, and estimates consumers have lost approximately $350,000.

Madigan is asking the court to prevent the company from doing business in Illinois. The lawsuit also seeks to revoke the company's license, provide restitution to consumers and impose civil penalties on the defendants.

Madigan is also encouraging any consumer who believes they may have been defrauded by Great Sports, Inc., on any of their three websites to contact the Consumer Fraud hotline.

Customer service will destroy your life!!!

I bought a scooter...got it on time!!! No problems
Untill after i got it...the instructions did absolutely

Back on hold for 30 minutes...i would imagine if you
Live close to saferwholesale they might take you
Seriously...but im 5 hours away...so im just a worthless

No answers...no call back...i gave them my number..
When i was looking into the scooter they called me immediately...so im left with a expensive scooter...
And no answers on how to fix the problems im having

damaged products

I purchased a trike kit and received the box on time by ups .. that was all good. then after inspecting the box a giant hole in the side and one of the fenders has deep cuts and scratched . and the tirers are 3 years old

Professional Thieves disquised as a Business SafeWholesale

READ THIS!!! I've been dealing with this total DUSH BAG!!! company for about 4 months working with my bank to finalize my refund from these professional thieves disguising themselves as a business under SaferWholesale. They lie constantly only to stone wall you and get you so frustrated that you just give up. Well they pick the wrong customer to try and steal from. I am going to wait for the finalization of my refund and then turn around and take them to court and sue them!!! I am also going to get a hold of the attorney general in every state they are operating out of and have the attorney generals file lawsuits against SaferWholesale and Great Sports Inc. The goal is to finally put these professional thieves out of business and have them pay back every customer whom they took advantage of. If you have been taken advantage of buy this unprofessional company, I urge you to take your claim along with any and all documentation against these thieves to support your case against them. Call every attorney general in the states they are operating in and complain. Together we are stronger in numbers and lets put an end to this worthless company!!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!!! from this company. If you buy from this company expect to lose your money and be taken advantage of.

OH by the way the positive feedback responses on this website are bogus. They were written by the staff members from SaferWholesale/ Great Sports Inc., who did not want to be identified for telling the truth about the fake positive feedbacks. I pray for the best for all of you who will take the time to read this feedback and take some action against these professional thieves. BUYER BE AWARE!!!
