Unannounced programs
Are you tired of having a cell phone provider that does not care about the continuous issues you are encountering. Has dropped calls, error messages when attempting to use the web browser and text that simply don’t go through the norm? When calling customer service instead of receiving someone that can and will help you receive false information, incorrect data and annoyed employees that can/will not help you? Have you spent too much money on your device, your service and simply need it to work properly but can’t get anyone to help you? Instead they simply insist on your purchasing another phone? Are you too tired of working hard for your money and then having to work hard to have said service be fixed but receive no customer care from anyone at cricket or its affiliates? so we wants its CEO to hear us loud and clear that we are the clients, we are the ones that have made this into a large corporation to simplify our lives not to make them further complicated, pay for it and be treated baldly. Recently when I continued to pressure cricket to do the right thing they took it upon themselves to agree that we were not receiving the service we needed, fixing it partially and disconnecting us because we took a step beyond and contacted Doug Hutcheson [ According to Pete Ojeda National Sales Operations Manager at Cricket Regional Customer Operations 760-755-4930 “your behavior is unacceptable” when asked what behavior was that he retorted “ contacting my higher ups, I have their approval to disconnect you, you are receiving the service you pay for the phone you have what else do you expect” I continued to contact Mr. Lund PR repeatedly to no avail. There bulling practices cannot be tolerated and there blatant disregard for its clients is disgusting! Let remind them we pay for a service and simply want to receive the best service possible

unacceptable programming
To whom it may concern
im a big fan of All My Children and very disapointed that in plays in the middle of the day (14:00) while im at work, before was there a repeat but nothing this time, the soapie is in such a interisting part which brakes my hart because i cannot watch my favourite soapie,
I would really love it if you can have a repeat late at night again as before, or a omnibus like other soapies.

Mis advertising of programmes
I was looking forward to Jakkelsdans and once again I was disappointed same as promising us the rugby and not showing it that's why people buy DSTV. Please email me back an explain how SABC 3 is going to sort this matter out. [email protected]

WORLD T20, WHY NOT BROADCASTED
I was really looking forward to catching the World t20 on Sabc, but guess what?
You guys aren't showing it. I then ask myself what is the whole point of paying your TV licence if you are always going to watch what the station chooses for you to watch. This is totally unacceptable. I can understand, or at least try to understand why SABC3 does not show overseas games, but this is not just any game, it is a world cup. How on earth are we else supposed to watch the full games? What about those of us who cannot afford to buy DSTV? I personally think that what you guys are doing is not fair, not at all. When it comes to sports like soccer, they always show all international matches, but I do not understand why not Cricket? Isn't the Proteas a national team? Isn't the SABC a state entity. What I can advice is to just maybe cover the games in which the Proteas play, the semis and the finals. Explain the whole process of broadcasting by dropping me an e-mail at [email protected]
