SCAM and Fraudulent advertising
See my review under VTL skin care as this is the name they gave me to send back the sample...................... after fraudulently charging my bank account....................... TOTAL SCAM COMPANY.

I received a letter from my bank (Bank of America), dated February 23, 2016, stating you had provided them with sufficient evidence, i.e. sales slips, that the transactions charged to my Mastercard account ending in XXXX were valid. I disagree 100% for the following reasons:
1. You were contacted within the prescribed time frame that I did not want the product. If you keep call records on your system you should be able to verify our telephone conversation.
2. You gave me the subject RMA number to return the product, which I did. The product had never been opened or used. As you requested, the RMA number was clearly marked on the USPS (United States Postal Service) address label. I have the USPS tracking information verifying that you received the product in your warehouse on January 25, 2016. You indicated that upon receipt of the product, you would proceed with my request accordingly. Please see your email to me of January 4, 2016, subject: Your RMA Confirmation Number.
3. Instead, you proceeded to charge my credit card for the unused product ($109) + the shipping and handling charge I expected to receive/pay for sampling the product.
4. According to page 6, second paragraph, of the document you sent to Bank of America that purported to support your claim, the document states: "If you cancel your subscription before the end of the 14 day trial use period, you will receive an RMA # by email to return the product within 30 days from the date the RMA is issued. If we receive the product within 30 days we will NOT charge the full price for the product". As the product was returned within the 30 day period and, further, I had not used any of the product, I believe I'm entitled to a full refund of my money.
Finally, with respect to page 10, second to last sentence of the document you provided states, "Facts and figures clearly stated that customer is a fraud as we charged her only for product she had purchased". I am seriously offended by this comment and I intend to make your company's leadership aware of not only your lack of customer service but your less-than-honest business activities. I sincerely hope $109 was worth the forfeiture of customer good will.
