Unethical / Illegal Practices
Run local Locksmith is a call center and hires independent contractors out to different geographical areas - I am in Colorado and was charged $155 to open a screen door that took about 2 minutes. When I called the 888 number to help me out with this I was told by Jordan the Manager that if I signed the receipt I was on the hook for it - I used a debit card and if it was a credit card, my bank would have done something - This is the worst company I have ever connected to - When a door is locked - the contractor has you over a barrel - I was told by Jordan - the manager - that I should not have signed the recept for payment - If we all did that - no one would get their needs met. I am so disheartened that this company would take my money - I don't have much so this is a big deal to me!

Illegal Business
Run Local Locksmith is an internet-based call center operating from Michigan... They utilize Bait and Switch to rip you off... $15 service fee is followed by Extortion labor fees charged by an illegal-visa Israeli who will threaten and intimidate you into paying hundreds !!! 15 min response time, yeah right... 15 min for a "tech" to call, followed by hours of waiting to arrive because they are NOT LOCAL !!! Do your homework... read the complaint boards, blogs, postings, and watch all the videos on You Tube... These guys are CROOKS funded by an Israeli with deep pockets and they plan to get into yours !!! Don't be fooled by all the positive postings that are put there by their employees to mask the truth... If you need a local locksmith who will treat you fairly, ethically, and LEGALLY, then make sure they have a Valid address in your local area... Toll free number to call is a dead give-a-way as well as the "tech" calling you having an out of area phone number !!! DON'T BE THEIR NEXT VICTIM... They have ripped off people for the last 5 years all over the U.S.!!!

Unethical / Illegal Practices
I'm a real estate broker and called them to do a lock change last week and tol them I couldn't be at the property. I was told to sign a credit auth and send it back to them. I did this as she told me the job would be about 100 or so dollars. I told the people to call me from the house to give me the price before it was done. They never called and today I go a charge on my credit card for 935.00 dollars to change 2 locks ... People this is a scam and we need to come together to stop this today...please contact me 3135878392 Brian Own It Realty Broker Michigan. When I called them the laughed at me on the phone and Jordan said this was very normal charges...look I have been in the real estate business for 20 years and have never seen anything like this!
