seems to be a scam
Romex travel is a pure scam! I received a fax from them where they offered me cheap reservations for my vacation. Well when I tried to book one of them I found that it is impossible! This company seems to be a scam, because they don't provide enough information and it is impossible to use their services. Beware and better stay away from them!

Romex Travel is a complete scam! Along with Travel Center and Grand Incentives
After you pay them from your checking account you WON'T GET ANY VACATION - you will be refereed to another scam company,
Travel Center that will charge you $69 for some registration, promise to send vacation vouchers - but instead you will get some peace of paper (by certified mail) - with referral to the last link in this scam chain - Grand Incentives that request more money (some processing fee) - via postal money order. You can never know who cashed it. In return you ether would not received anything, or they will tell you that you fill the form incorrectly and that they did not receive any money. Google this company, it may be variants.
Looks like Travel Center is the main limk in this scam plot. I plan to sue them - class action is possible
