Questionable Business Practices
I am writing this review to warn people about this website. They allow anyone to post any kind of false, misleading and defamatory comments about businesses and their products, without any checks in place to verify if the poster was a legitimate customer of the business. And if you prove to them that the review is untrue, they still won't remove it. It's an extremely unprofessional way to do business.
I am totally in favor of review sites, providing they are run transparently and make sure that the information posted is by real customers.
This site, like many others like it cropping up these days, is a minefield of misinformation and does nothing to help the consumer have a better shopping experience. Instead, by allowing these fraudsters to keep their posts up, they just encourage those who want to use the internet to harm others.
