Scam

This so called hotel booking site is a SCAM. When you go to the site to book, it appears to be the official booking site for the hotel that you want reserve. Not so!! The rep gave me the room rate and I paid for the reservation on my credit card. When I received the confirmation they tacked on over $70.00 for "Recover & Service Fees" which they never verbally confirm before the sale. When I called them, the rep said he didn't know about these charges and the supervisor was not there.He then gave me some jibberish that no one could understand. I immediately called my credit card company who will look into this scam. Please look on all REVIEWS and you will find this SCAM company on every review site. BEWARE!!!!
