cheated

Hacked my account and took 5000 and the refund is not done for the phone which I ordered in club factory on 17 April 2020. My Oder number is SO281202161. Fraud called me from number telling my Oder is cancelled due to covid19 and for the refund asked the total of my last 4account number and UPI code .and now I'm in loss of 5000+12358₹. When. I called for the same number of fraud 917464005751 not responding me. I got the message from bank that you will lose all the money as you shared your details.the message from the bank is attached by me in photo below. Please stop trusting clubfactory and please don't share your details and plz don't trust the contact number given in websites all are fake...plz don't be foolish like me and lose the money. Be carefull while doing any transactions. And I will upload that fraud number which I given above and 9223011112 this number is social media. So that people will not go on loss like me. Plz if anyone else have gone through like this please file a complaint lets all stop this.
