Sears Protection agreement

Sears Protection Agreement. I have had this agreement for at least eight years. Finally got fed up with the poor performance and lack of customer service. It has at times taken several visits for them to repair an appliance. Bins/trays tend to crack on my Kenmore refrigerator.....ordering a replacement is like pulling teeth. Just finished the arduous task of trying to order a replacement bin...took forever to order it....I get a conf of the order...then I get an email telling me they currently do not have the part and I will be refunded
my payment...no other information......there was no payment as the refrigerator is under Protection Agreement. I had to call them to find out where to go from here...after another arduous phone conversation...the agent tells me she will need to send a technician out....thus causing me to take a day off and wait all day for a technician...and allow me to mention...I have waited here fr a whole day when the technician has not shown up.My last contract on Master Protection Agreement is about to expire. I decided to talk to customer service to express the probes I have been having. Another exercise in futility. Passed from one department to another...no one actually able to even take my complaint or assist in any way. Decided the only way to solve the problem was to not renew my Seers agreement...and not do any business with Sears at all...even though I have purchased all m appliances from Sears for the last twenty years.AAA and others have hoe protection plans...will take another route. Te Sears Protection agreement has proved to be a total waste of time and money!
