Unauthorized charges
Try working for them. They USED to be a great company. That was before CoinStar bought them out. They shafted their merchandisers till Hell wouldn't have it and they're still doing it. Promises made and broken, routes "reorganized, " meaning you'll wake up someday and find your income slashed by half or more. LOUSY company. If your'e thinking of working for them, think again. It's not worth it.

there are some questionable business practices by some companies, but sorry Sobcky, this is not one of them. You forgot about them and you were billed, pretty simple actually.

$25.00 Charge for Movie not Returned
Redbox did the same exact thing to me. Why would I want to keep Treasure Buddies? I did not even want to see Treasure Buddies... I will NOT be using REDBOX again.

This has never happened to me but I've heard a lot of people say it has occurred with RedBox.I'm sorry this happened to you but be grateful you're getting a refund at all.

charged me extra $50 for returned movies
I rented a couple of movies from them a few months ago and returned them three days late. The charged me the late fee back then but two days ago they charged me $50 for these movies although I returned them! They are greedy crooks, stay away from them!

I paid 2 dollars for a blank disc
I got the game from them for my Xbox 360. There was a disc in the box but it turned out to be a blank one! I paid 2 dollars for this!
