NO CONTACTS

We bought and paid in full for what we were led to believe was a 5 year deal where we would be allowed 1 week per year free accomodation anywhere in the world. I tried making a booking and cannot get any response from them.

Look like a scam to me...

I want my money back but am not sure how to do this...

Has anyone else been through this with Realty Access.
