Takes too long to switch to another plan

I would not recommend this company, as I’m about to find another one myself as well. I switched to another text plan and unlimited talk. I did it on Friday, and on Monday they still did not put me on the new plan. I’ve been calling them a lot, and been put on hold each time. When I finally reached someone, I have been told that the plan will be activated within 24 hours. But they still did not do it. I need the phone a lot, as my job depends on it. I am going to cancel my account with them and find someone better.

wasted my money, send me two damaged phones and then refused in their services

This company is a pure scam! Stay far far away from them! Two times they send me phones which didn't work and finally when i bought another one not from their company they said that it can be used with their services. When I tried to cancel their services, they overcharged me for nothing! This company is not customer friendly! Beware!

Dumb company!

What is up with this company?! I have purchased two phones from them, which did not work, and later on decided to buy one myself which they recommended. But the one I bought did not work with their service. It did not connect. I have asked for a refund, and they won’t give me back my money!

beware of Reachout Wireless - this is the worst company I ever dealt with! They stole my money and send me defective phone which didn't work. I've send it back but after that i never heard from them anymore. This company just is unreliable and must be avoided!

unreliable and fraudulent company, never shupped my order

ReachOut Wireless is absolute scam! I purchased a new cellphone from them and it was never shipped, They simply took my money and ignored my order. When I tried to contact them and claimed for a refund, all my calls and mails were ignore. Consumer, beware and better stay away from this company!

non existant customer support service

Used their wifi service for my cellphone and I was highly surprised when they cancelled services I paid for without any reason and notice when I paid in advance. I tried to contact them but it seems that their support service doesn't exist at all!

do not deal with them!

This company scammed me out of money! I purchased a replacement phone from them and I received nothing. I made a purchase about two months ago and since that time I never heard from them and all my calls and mails are ignored. Beware and better don't deal with this company!

not what he claims to be

Reachout Wireless took my money but never provided their services as they advertised - no high quality wireless network, just troubleshoots and other problems which were never improved in three months since my first complain. Beware and better stay away from them!

Avoid Reachout Wireless like a Plague

Watch out your minutes with this worst company I have ever encountered with. Reachout Wireless's evilness leaves me baffled and speechless. This is an on going problem with this shameless, unethical company every month. Lifeline customers are suppose to get 250 free talk and 250 free text minutes per month but they require you to pay (when I ask about it, they said it's not free and that it's not a government subsidized program etc.) As if that's not bad enough for this greedy co. they steal your minutes, and claim that I've used up all my minutes and cut off my phone service to force me to buy more minutes when in fact I still have plenty of minutes left. When I call the customer service they refuse to correct their mistake and insist their record is correct and make up all kind of out right lies to confuse you and put you on hold forever. I waste so much time and energy every month with them. At first they cut off all my phone service for a day before my monthly minutes is to be added forcing me to buy more minutes, then they would cut two days and three days and more and more days even up to 11 days before my new minutes are added. When you pay your monthly bill online their website don't work (by the way they don't give money refund) and when you call to pay you have to wait and waste so much time. Even after you paid they don't add your minute right away they will wait any where from 4 days up to a week before they turn you phone back on again. This is the only phone I have and I'm single, I depend on my phone for work for emergency, for everything. Spare yourself the heartache and headache avoid this company at all cost. This company needs to be shut down.
