I have left complaints in the past, but this time I wanted to share a positive story with everyone. My husband and myself just bought our 4th fifth wheel, this time it was from Rangeland RV and it was hands down the best experience we have ever had. From the first phone call we were met with the most welcoming sales person, who was so accommodating that we were encouraged to visit the dealership. We were surprised that the company's sales manager Rob took the time to personally help us. Our previous experiences at other places had the managers hidden away and inaccessible to the general public. Rob's experience and knowledge was invaluable, and his ability to answer our questions made us confident that we were buying our new RV from the right person. I am pleased to say that from the start of the buying process to now (nearly 2 years later), we love to drop in on the staff at Rangeland who always greet us with genuine regard and continue to look after our needs in the most helpful and attentive way. I have made sure to tell all of my family and friends that if they are going to buy a new RV, make sure to put Rangeland at the top of their list.

Rangeland RV Balzac Alert Do Not buy here

These people are Rude, Arrogant do not know how to speak with customers without using the F word or calling names such as the B word and or screaming and over-talking you and just plain being ignorant! That is not a way of dealing with customers and or customer concerns. People wishing to purchase here beware! These persons especially the owner is not fit to be in business.
There are a few sites with complaints from other patrons of this establishment that have been abused verbally by both the Brother and Sister team of this company The Owner is the sister and the entitled Brother the service Manager So If I were you I would not buy at this place. I have personal experience of these people due to the purchase at this place by a family member and having witnessed the abusive talk and behavior myself. These people are In my belief not very fit to run a business of any kind let alone one where customer service is essentially Etiquette meaning rules of acceptable behavior and conventions governing correct or polite behavior in society in general or in a specific social or professional group or situation and are a must in business dealings with the public not just being nice when you sell but after sales service and warranty also. I find that I personally was appalled by the behavior of the service manager the owners entitled brother towards my own person using profanity and calling me a very rue name. I have come to realize we are not the only people by reading these sites people who lived this ordeal with the same Dealer owner and her service manager entitled brother.
It seems to me that all they care about is ripping people off. Forget after sales service and bullying clients after the sale and that after doing shoddy workmanship of repair on warranty no less and condescending words and behavior is their forte. The unit that was to be repaired was left in a terribly dirty and in worst condition regarding the repairs than when brought in the work was not completed and was horrific to the point of vandalism done by the dealership while supposedly doing what was to be repaired This on a 2012 Rockwood 5th wheel unit by ForestRiver purchased only 11 months ago with many
