only received 3/4 of order
Quick DVD Delivery:
Order 175840925
I ordered five DVDs on May 18, 2011. Only two were shipped. I have e-mailed customer service (Crystal) and the owner (Doug Steimel) ~20 times and received only 2 responses (thanks for the information and we will ship soon). I also sent two letters US Mail (no response).
My credit card was charged the full amount when the order was placed. After eight months and my many e-mails / letters the unshipped DVDs, a refund or $31.97 customer credit has not been sent.
THIS MUST BE RESOLVED!!!

THESE GUYS ARE 100% RIPOFFS, NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER OF OVER $165.00, THEY NEVER RETURNED ANY EMAILS. AND OF COURSE THIER PHONE NUMBER DOES NOT WORK.

paid by credit card for items I still haven't received. Contacted company but emails rejected and sent back. Next course of action will be credit company for stop payment and online fraud dept.
