I spend over 10 min on hold & QLink IDIOTS HANG UP ON ME?! New phone. Sent text message the other day. Tried to send another today & get "Can't send message with QLink, error 104. You may be able to send after inserting a SIM."
I have done profile/system updates as website said. SIM SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED (according to website)! There is nothing on website about "error 104". Also terrible reception/connection/network: VERY garbled, letters/words dropped.

Qlink when I downloaded attachments it takes. Forever.. And when I try to text it says blocked and I can't unblock then text the person ... The time wasted is terrible trying to send and receive and I lost all my pass incoming and outgoing calls
