BEWARE

This Company HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT!!! If you ever load minutes to your phone and pay you might not get your minutes. I didn't, and when I tried to contact their "so called" customer service there was none. There was only an automated system that was absolutely NO HELP in resolving the issue. Qlink took my payment, but did not add the minutes to my phone. BEWARE!!!

False advertising

I just want to give the Q Link Wireless customers a heads up. I got a phone call on May 14th from Maureen Castellon from Q link Wireless she told me I was the winner of the Mother's Day Giveaway and that I won two iPhone 11. I did everything she asked me to do and she still haven't sent me my phones. Every time I ask about my phones she keeps telling me a lie. I asked her if I can speak to her boss, she told me everything has to go through her, I know it gotta be somebody else I can speak to about this matter I just don't know who yet but I'm going to find out. I believe this is a scam, false advertising They got my video up on their Facebook page and my story up on the blog, but every time I call customer service to ask them about the giveaway they tell me it doesn't say I was the winner. I just want everyone to know they are not to be trusted. Don't enter for the Father's Day Giveaway when they post it because you will not get the prize.
