I activated the wrong phone number?

I received my Free Q-link Smart Phone this February 2017 as promised. I accidentally put the wrong phone number in and I activated it. now I was having problems to get this fix. I did try customer service, I had no luck, Then I got smart. I sent them an email explaining my situation. and I made sure I included the following, model number, SKU inventory ID, phone number, enrollment ID number, Smart Number and letter, even the bar code, and include your email address and home address. and I was very polite when email them. You have to give them all this information if you want results, and they responded within less than 5 minutes through an email. and now they are going to send me a new phone free of charge, I hope this helps.with any problems you are having, now since I'm receiving a new phone, I will send my other phone back to them.
