On Tuesday morning Dec. 12 I put in a prescription to be refilled.I went back to shoppers 630 p.m. on the same day to pick up my refill at 278 lacewood dr. Halifax Nova Scotia on a very stormy evening I was told that it was to soon to give me a refill.I accept that explanation but they have all of my records on file including my phone number. The pharmacy had all day to contact me and relay this information instead of me going out on a stormy night to tell me something that they could have told me over the phone. This is not the first time I had a problem with this shoppers. The service is very poor.There can be as many as five staff behind the counter and you still have to wait for service.
