got the parts, but no service available

This guy came to my office advertising some equipment that he was selling. He had a generator and an air pressure tank. Said they were from a local warehouse. He offered to buy them for $5000. I asked about the service if these parts were to be repaired, and he gave me a phone number of Cedar Rapids. I called them and was told they were no longer in business. I paid $4500 for the items.
