$14.99 charge on my cell phone
Just received my Sprint cell phone bill, sure enough there is a charge from PlayPhone Inc: Ring tone 20888 Playphone. I have no idea how or why I was charged. Guess time to start battle with Sprint

Unauthorized charge of 14.99 from Ring tone 20888 Playphone... I have no idea where this came from..this company needs to be stopped.

Unauthorize charge from Ring tone 20888 Playphone for $14.99 in my sprint account, they can not credit it due to is not part of their company, then who pays for it??? us, the consumers, what a way to make money, sneaking in your pockets.

Unauthorized charges
Just received my cell phone bill from Sprint and there is an unauthorized charge for $14.99 from PlayPhone Inc: Ringtone 20888 on 2/16/12. I looked this up on the internet and it has something to do with Twitter I believe. I don't even know how to use Twitter. It was too late to contact Sprint but I will certainly call them tomorrow. It should be illegal for this company to be able to charge my account for something I never requested or had any knowledge of. I see other people have this concern as well.

PlayPhoneInc Ringtone 20888
My wife was checking our phone bill and found a charge for $14.99 from PlayPhoneInc Ringtone 2088. She started raising hell with about it but I didn't know anything about it. Called Sprint and they were very nice and helpful. Credited back the charges and put a block on the number. Sent a email to PlayPhone Inc to cancel the service and refund the fees. Haven't heard back from them and doubt it will do much good but I made the effort. Like to know how they got my info.

$14.99 charge on my cell phone
I had two month's of unauthorized charges from RingTone 20888 and was very upset. I called Sprint and they could not take the charges off but did block my phone from any third party unauthorized emails. I want RingTone to credit me for these charges but I cannot find a phone number to contact them. Does anyone have phone number fr them. Sprint should get on board and start compensating customers for these charges!

However, PlayPhone has no control over the data messaging rates of an individuals’ mobile carrier.
