Lied, misled, scammed, bad customer service
I have talked to three different customer service representatives and they all tell me the same thing. " we only go off of the signed contract". I asked to talk to a superviser/manager and he said he will tell me the same thing. I asked to have one contact me and he said he can not promise that one will call me back! Uh ok! This company and its sales reps are all a sham. Everyone that is thinking about going with Platinum Protecion should do some research. I wish I had.

What does the signed contract state? Always read what you are signing regardless of what someone tells you is going to happen.
