Horrible customer service
If you are still waiting for a refund, dispute the charge with your bank. You can file a complaint with the BBB and FTC.

Horrible customer service
Horrible doesn't cover the customer service "harassing" does! This company will harass you! It doesn't even become about the merchandise or money. They send emails, phone calls and voice mails that are harassing! They do charge your credit card and do not send merchandise and then they ignore you! This company is very unprofessional, I now see why they are only online. I have plenty of photos and documents that I'm not posting online due to criminal charges against this company. But I'm sure it will all be public record soon enough!

agree. These idiots sent me the wrong product and they held it 3 weeks before they sent it. When I asked for them to help resolve the issue, they basically hung the phone up on me. They are rude and everyone should know they have horrible customer service! Don't order from this place...it's a horrible experience!

Love this company...we as a company have purchased over 360 pettiskirts from them. These people are awesome. We have dealt with them for 3 years. . The BEST pettiskirts, and made in America. See, on a website like this complaintsboard.com. ANYONE can say ANYTHING...it does not matter if it is true!! These type of "complaint" websites HIDE behind a simple "act", Legislature, and they use it to their advantage. SAY ANYTHING YOU WANT ABOUT ANYONE...anything at all! It will stay on here 4-ever and you will not be able to get it removed. It stays with you FOR LIFE Whoopeee..have a blast...write it all. Complain about your Chiropractor, you Pediatrician, your Army Sargeant, your neighbor...anyone at all...say what you want. Have a blast.
NO ONE HERE ON THE SITE Complaintsboard.com will EVER check it out. Just have fun and write write write...
Be careful though, because whoever you write about can come on and do the same about you. It will be like a Jerry Springer show... very entertaining.
The lies here about this company pettiskirt, is sad. So much jealousy... a competitor is on here and making up fake statements.
