People Media internal site communications do not work

Internal communications in their website do not work properly. Communications messenger tells the person is offline when he/she is actually online. It is impossible to chat at times. They say I have to refresh my page since such things happen, but it does not help. This company has nearly 20 dating sites and I believe none of them works properly.
